HSE Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur

A client is on the lookout for a HSE Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

HSE Manager Requirements:
-Engineering Degree.
- At least 15 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas and marine industry. 

-Preferably 5-7 years of managerial experience working for PSC Operator holding managerial position.
-Strong in developing and implementing HSE and Quality Management System such as ISM, ISO9001/14001 and OHSAS18001.
-Some background in Technical Safety; involvement in conducting safety studies and development of Safety Case..
-Adept in HSE Management Systems.
-Conversant with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and legislation.
-Experienced as Lead Auditor in Health, Safety and Environmental.
-Experienced in Safety Management and incident investigation.
