-Good understanding of the offshore oil & gas business in particular, including at least 5 years post contract experience.
-Review and evaluation of tender document and develop qualifications in line with company’s contracting principles
-Review and evaluation of contractual terms and conditions
-Provide contractual support both pre & post contract ensuring compliance with contractual obligations- both main contracts and subcontracts
-Liaise with the various department ie commercial, taxation, insurance and legal
-Work closely with project manager and the rest of PMT to deliver contracts on time and within cost
-Support SCM on subcontracts and procurement ie assist with negotiations of subcontractors qualifications and exceptions, and finalize subsequent award of subcontracts, work orders and other minor agreements
