OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT (BRUNEI / MIRI)

Job Description:
The Operations Superintendent is responsible for managing matters relating to marine and cargo operations and provide active support to existing and future marine operations.
Establish and update necessary procedures to be implemented for operations, inspections and audits of FPSOs to ensure compliance with statutory codes and regulations and any other internal or external requirements.
Perform regular audits on board the operating Units, within the Management System.
Review Offshore Queries, marine related for operating Units
Review marine related Manuals updates
Provide expertise and technical support for marine related issues on board the operating Units and for investigation of marine related incidents/accidents/equipment failures
Support and provide marine operational experience to all other Group Company Department as required such as Proposals, Projects, Sales and Marketing

Requirements:
Marine Qualification (Master Mariner) or First Class University Degree and/or Class 1 Steam or Motor Certificate, Naval Architect or equivalent qualification and experience.
Experience in offshore operations at a Superintendent level as a minimum.
Experience and knowledge of International Safety Management (ISM) code and other marine statutory codes and regulations.
Strong communication skills with proven experience in a client facing role.
