POSITION TITLE : Senior Offshore HSE Lead
DURATION : 24 months
NATIONALITY : Malaysian
LOCATION :
Kuala Lumpur, Fabrication Yard Johor Bahru & Offshore Sabah
QUALIFICATION :-
• Minimum a Degree in Engineering (any discipline)
• Certified as a tripod Beta user
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
•Minimum of twenty (20) years working experience in oil and gas industry which:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in HSSE Managerial/Lead position in upstream oil & gas company dealing with construction,
hook – up & commissioning, topside maintenance.
•Minimum three (3) years inclusive experience doing HSSE coaching for offshore construction workers.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE :-
• Familiar and knowledgeable in SIMOPS, (Simultaneous Operation) activities.
• Familiar with Emergency Response Plan at offshore locations.
• Familiar with HSSE Assurance & Audits.
• Familiar with HSSE coaching techniques to various level of construction workers.
• Knowledgeable and skills in managing HSSE in Construction environment.
